Embassy Residences

Embassy Residency spans a massive 25-acre plot and comprises 3,546 residential units across 24 towers, each with 19 floors. This large-scale development offers modern, well-designed living spaces in one of Chennai’s prime IT corridors.

Works undertaken:

Civil and Structure:

• Block Works & Plastering: We took charge of constructing the core blockwork structure, ensuring strength and stability. Our plastering work followed strict quality controls, achieving a smooth and durable finish both internally and externally, setting the foundation for further finishes.

Finishes:

• Tiling & VDF Flooring: Precision tiling of both walls and floors was completed using top-quality materials to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal. In addition, our team implemented Vacuum Dewatered Flooring (VDF), a high-strength industrial flooring solution that enhances the building’s functionality and longevity.
• Screed Concrete: As part of our work, screed concrete was carefully laid to provide a strong and level surface, ensuring a sturdy base for future flooring installations and contributing to the overall structural integrity of the building.
• Stone Finishes: In addition, we meticulously handled granite and marble works, adding a luxurious touch to the interiors and exteriors with these natural stone finishes.
• Putty Works: The final touch in our comprehensive services included putty works, providing a smooth surface for painting and enhancing the overall aesthetics of the project.

MS Works:

Grill works: We managed the fabrication and installation of MS grills, which not only provided safety but also complemented the design of the building.
