Trium is a company born out of a thoughtful collaboration between three experienced professionals from different backgrounds, coming together to create a corporate entity that prioritizes professionalism, compliance, and systematic working in civil contracting.
The combination of expertise of one in corporate advisory, other two in civil contracting, and the desire to eliminate the common missing the main element of Business Administration. has led to the creation of a private limited company with a strong focus on:
With the support of a business administration team, Trium aims to set a new standard in the construction industry. It’s exciting to see the vision and values that have gone into shaping this company.
The Three Promoters, in their thoughtful discussions, highlighted key points. Civil contractors often start and end their business with a focus on site-level operations, neglecting the parallel development of a robust business administration team that governs the entire organization and drives growth. Moreover, the quality of accounts and finance, as well as adherence to highest level of compliance, are often overlooked not just at the site level but across the organization.
Due to this, their organizational behaviour, among others, often become a firefighting exercise, where the contract awarder dictates terms, and at year-end, professionals handling compliance merely apply the bare minimum, filing act just enough to comply, rather than proactively managing the business’s growth projections and regulatory needs.
Thirdly, without building a strong management core beyond the owners, they often focus on creating a hierarchy of site engineers. As a result, when the company faces complex corporate challenges, there’s no one equipped to provide strategic guidance or oversight, having tracked the company’s journey and footprint as an organization.
Note that we’re not suggesting corporations haven’t ventured into civil construction before. Rather, we’re highlighting a specific challenge faced by contractors with turnovers up to ₹1,000 crore. Within this range, owners and contractors often exhaust their energy on project execution, starting and ending with site-level operations. This approach neglects building a lean, corporate entity that can be sustainably passed on to the next generation or sold for a significant profit, leveraging its systematic operations and value.
By intertwining these objectives, we strive to make a positive impact on society, foster economic growth, and
contribute to the preservation of India’s cultural legacy.
Trium envisions a future where our corporate office and site operations are seamlessly integrated, fostering a culture of excellence, ethics, and sustainability, rooted in Indian values and driven by modern innovation, to build a better tomorrow.
